Diploma in Food Preparation & Cooking (City & Guilds, UK)

Gain in-depth knowledge in food preparation and cookery skill. This Diploma in Food Preparation & Cooking encompasses of 70% in practical skills. The practical units are based on diverse cooking methods, pastry making, baking and food nutrition. Students get to learn basic skills such as vegetable cuttings to preparing egg dishes, up to a stage where they are able to prepare international buffet setup. Apart from learning how to create wonderful dishes, we also teach students on managing the kitchens.

The students' skills are developed through the use of a greater range of commodities within the practical units. Additional generic units are introduced, such as budgeting, menu planning and dietary requirements. After the diploma program, student can progress to take IMI BA (Hons) Degree in International Culinary Arts (International Management Institute Switzerland)
