Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts (City & Guilds, UK)

Gain extensive knowledge in food preparation and cookery skills. This Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts encompasses 70-75% in practical skills training. These are based on barista skills, contemporary cuisine, F&B entrepreneurship, restaurant operation and etc. Students will be up to a stage where they are able to put together a fine dine lunch or dinner setup. Apart from learning how to create spectacular dishes, students are also taught to manage the restaurant efficiently.
